Q: How much do Fix My Sole customs cost?

A: It all depends on these variables:

1. Whether or not you would like to supply the shoe

2. What type of design you want done

3. Shoe type/size (Mens, Womens, GS, etc.)

Q: How long will it take for you to finish my order?

A: It all depends on my work load and its a first-come first-serve basis so if theres orders before yours, those will be completed first.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, but it costs more.

Q: How do you ship?

A: Normally, most custom shoes will ship with USPS (larger shoes may ship with UPS or Fedex). Jackets, Shirts, Sweaters, Pins, etc. will ship with USPS.

Q: What is your processing and handling time?

A: It is normally 1-2 days after the order is placed. Orders ship M-F. If you place an order on Friday, It will go out on Monday.

Q: Can I get a refund for my order?

A: Due to the nature of custom artwork, there are no refunds available for custom artwork (shoes, custom jackets, digital pieces, etc.) However, if there is a problem with a non-custom product like a sweater, bomber jacket, t-shirt, etc. Please email fixmysole99@gmail.com
