How it works

Step 1 — Intake + Project Review

Submit the intake form with quantities, deadline, and design direction. We confirm fit, options, and feasibility.

Step 2 — Quote + Timeline

You receive a quote with the recommended production method, estimated turnaround, and payment requirements.

Step 3 — Design + Mockups

If you need full design work, we begin after the $500 design fee is paid. You review mockups and approve final artwork.

Step 4 — Production

Production begins after approvals + required deposit/payment. We source materials, decorate, QC, and prep delivery.

Step 5 — Delivery

Bulk shipment, pickup, or ship-to-individual options (when available). Final balance is due before the final product is released.



FAQs

What’s the minimum order?

Minimums depend on the product type and decoration method. Submit your quantity in the intake form, and we’ll confirm options.

How long does it take?

Typical timelines include a design window (if needed) plus production time, which averages around 60-70 days. Timelines are confirmed once we have deposits, final approvals, and sizes. Rush may be available for an added fee.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Most projects follow a 50/50 structure or a full-upfront structure. PO/Net terms are available for schools/organizations.

Do you create the design, or do we need artwork?

Either works. If you already have vector art, great. If you need a full custom design created, the design starts with a $500 non-refundable design fee that will be credited towards the bulk order total

Can you use our school/team logos?

You must have permission to use trademarked logos. If you’re unsure, mention it in the intake form, and we’ll discuss compliant options.

Do you ship to individuals?

Bulk shipping is standard. Individual shipping may be available depending on order size and timeline (adds shipping and handling).


Important notes

  • Scheduling: Your project is not officially scheduled until the required deposit/payment is received.
  • Timeline starts after: deposits + final approvals + final sizes are submitted.
  • Revisions: Mockups include 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed.
  • Approval responsibility: Client approves spelling, placement, and sizing before production.
  • Changes after approval: May affect pricing and timeline.
  • Licensing: Client is responsible for confirming permission to use trademarked logos.
  • Rush: May be possible with added fees, depending on availability and materials.
